Bailey's Bouillabaisse (fish Stew)

Ingredients

- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 1/2 lbs cod or 1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets
- 2 cups broccoli, diced
- 2 cups cauliflower, diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
Recipe
- 1 cook the onion, celery, and potatoes in the water for 10 minutes.
- 2 mix a little milk with the flour to form a soupy paste and set aside.
- 3 add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- 4 add the flour mixture, stirring constantly.
- 5 simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
