Achy Breaky Shrimpy Bakey

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb shrimp (peel & devein)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (fine & dry, try panko for more crunch)
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, maybe less
- parsley (optional)
Recipe
- 1 put shrimp in a baking pan.
- 2 in a bowl combine the butter, bread crumbs, cheese, salt, cayenne, lime juice, and sherry.
- 3 sprinkle crumb mixture over shrimp.
- 4 bake at 325° for 25 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked and the topping is goldeny brown.
- 5 also good as a starter, but very rich.
