Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons miso
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup sake
- 4 (6 ounce) sea bass fillets or 4 black cod fish fillets
Recipe
- 1 mix first four ingredients in shallow baking dish.
- 2 add fish and turn to coat.
- 3 cover dish tightly and refrigerate 2-4 hours.
- 4 prehead broiler.
- 5 remove fish from marinade.
- 6 broil until just opaque in the center, about three minutes per side.
