Broiled Cod In Miso Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 tablespoons miso
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 4 (6 ounce) sea bass fillets or 4 black cod fish fillets

Recipe

  • 1 mix first four ingredients in shallow baking dish.
  • 2 add fish and turn to coat.
  • 3 cover dish tightly and refrigerate 2-4 hours.
  • 4 prehead broiler.
  • 5 remove fish from marinade.
  • 6 broil until just opaque in the center, about three minutes per side.
