Caesar Salad With Fried Dace Filets

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 heads romaine lettuce leaves
  • 6 ounces baby salad leaves
  • 1/2 cup fried fish fillet
  • 1 cup caesar salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • crouton

Recipe

  • 1 you can but this fried dace fish at the chinese market. remove bone and hand shredded the fish and drain off the oil from the can.
  • 2 in a mixing bowl blend the dace filets, oyster sauce, pepper and caesar dressing and mix well.
  • 3 in a chill salad bowl blend the two lettuces and toss well. before serving blend in the caesar dressing as needed and toss together and top with croutons.
