Caesar Salad With Fried Dace Filets

- 3 heads romaine lettuce leaves
- 6 ounces baby salad leaves
- 1/2 cup fried fish fillet
- 1 cup caesar salad dressing
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- crouton
Recipe
- 1 you can but this fried dace fish at the chinese market. remove bone and hand shredded the fish and drain off the oil from the can.
- 2 in a mixing bowl blend the dace filets, oyster sauce, pepper and caesar dressing and mix well.
- 3 in a chill salad bowl blend the two lettuces and toss well. before serving blend in the caesar dressing as needed and toss together and top with croutons.
