- 4 (6 ounce) swordfish steaks, 1 inch thick
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- chunky salsa, any kind
Recipe
- 1 prepare barbecue-medium high heat.
- 2 brush fish with oil.
- 3 sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
- 4 grill 4 minutes.
- 5 turn over.
- 6 spoon salsa over fish.
- 7 grill 4 minutes more, or until done.
- 8 serve passing extra salsa.
