Coriander-coated Sturgeon Fillets

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 sturgeon fillets (6-8 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons ground coriander
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 season sturgeon filets with coriander, salt and pepper.
  • 2 heat oil in sauté pan and cook sturgeon until browned on both sides and done, 5 to 8 minutes.
