- 4 sturgeon fillets (6-8 oz)
- 4 tablespoons ground coriander
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 season sturgeon filets with coriander, salt and pepper.
- 2 heat oil in sauté pan and cook sturgeon until browned on both sides and done, 5 to 8 minutes.
