Breaded Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • boneless fish fillet (of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup helman mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • lemon garli garni seasoning (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 wash fillets in cold water and dry with a paper towel.
  • 2 sprinkle to taste with lemon garli garni.
  • 3 mix egg and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  • 4 coat fillets with egg and mayonnaise mixture.
  • 5 sprinkle bread crumbs on a sheet of wax paper.
  • 6 lay fillets on bread crumbs.
  • 7 sprinkle tops of fillets with remainder of bread crumbs.
  • 8 place on a non stick baking sheet.
  • 9 preheat oven to high (500 degrees) and bake fillets until they start to bubble on the bottom (around 5 to 7 minutes).
  • 10 turn oven to broil for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  • 11 serve and enjoy.
