Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- boneless fish fillet (of your choice)
- 1/2 cup helman mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- lemon garli garni seasoning (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 wash fillets in cold water and dry with a paper towel.
- 2 sprinkle to taste with lemon garli garni.
- 3 mix egg and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- 4 coat fillets with egg and mayonnaise mixture.
- 5 sprinkle bread crumbs on a sheet of wax paper.
- 6 lay fillets on bread crumbs.
- 7 sprinkle tops of fillets with remainder of bread crumbs.
- 8 place on a non stick baking sheet.
- 9 preheat oven to high (500 degrees) and bake fillets until they start to bubble on the bottom (around 5 to 7 minutes).
- 10 turn oven to broil for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- 11 serve and enjoy.
