15 Minute Salmon Bisque

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 2 (213 g) cans salmon, flaked with fork

Recipe

  • 1 in heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  • 2 add onions and celery.
