Baked Cod With Lemon & Olive Oil

Ingredients

- 4 cod fish fillets
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- salt & pepper, to taste
- hungarian paprika (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 arrange fillets in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
- 3 drizzle w/ lemon juice and olive oil, then sprinkle w/ remaining ingredients.
- 4 bake until flesh is completely opaque but still juicy, about 15 to 20 minutes.
