Baked Salmon With Tomatoes, Spinach & Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing
