Baked Snapper With Chipotle Butter

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 (6 ounce) red snapper fillets
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 canned chipotle chile in adobo, finely chopped
  • lemon wedge

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°.
  • 2 combine the first 4 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over fish; put fish on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 3 bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  • 4 while fish is baking, combine butter and chile.
  • 5 spread butter mixture evenly over fish.
  • 6 serve with lemon wedges.
