Bbq Oysters

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 5 large oysters
- 1 lb lamb, with skin (thit ba chi)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 stalks green onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- sweet red chili sauce
Recipe
- 1 chop lamb meat in tiny pieces (the way bi is cut).
- 2 heat up wok/pan til hot, pour oil and toss in garlic.
- 3 add lamb, stir fry until lamb is somewhat fried to a golden brown, when cooking lamb, you need to strain out fat constantly.
- 4 stir in salt, pepper and onions until onions are soft.
- 5 set aside.
- 6 bbq oysters, oysters are cooked when opened, do not over cook.
- 7 remove top shell.
- 8 add lamb mix, and chili sauce on top of oyster.
- 9 eat with spoon.
- 10 best when oyster is hot.
