Bbq Oysters

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 5 large oysters
  • 1 lb lamb, with skin (thit ba chi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 stalks green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • sweet red chili sauce

Recipe

  • 1 chop lamb meat in tiny pieces (the way bi is cut).
  • 2 heat up wok/pan til hot, pour oil and toss in garlic.
  • 3 add lamb, stir fry until lamb is somewhat fried to a golden brown, when cooking lamb, you need to strain out fat constantly.
  • 4 stir in salt, pepper and onions until onions are soft.
  • 5 set aside.
  • 6 bbq oysters, oysters are cooked when opened, do not over cook.
  • 7 remove top shell.
  • 8 add lamb mix, and chili sauce on top of oyster.
  • 9 eat with spoon.
  • 10 best when oyster is hot.
