Bbq Catfish In Husk

Ingredients

• 1 cup kraft barbecue sauce
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
• 2 lbs catfish fillets
• salt
• pepper
• paprika
• 1 large fresh corn husk

Recipe

• 1 combine sauce, parsley and mustard, mix well.
• 2 sprinkle both sides of fish with seasonings.
• 3 brush both sides with sauce mix. place each filet on corn husk, tie with string to secure.
• 4 broil fish 4-6 minutes on each side, or grill over low coals 4-6 minutes on each side.
