Baked Fish With Orange Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs fish fillets, cut in portions
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400f degrees.
  • 2 place fish in baking pan.
  • 3 mix orange juice and butter.
  • 4 pour half this mixture over the fish.
  • 5 sprinkle the rind over.
  • 6 bake for 10 minutes.
  • 7 pour remaining orange mixture over.
  • 8 bake another 10 minutes.
  • 9 sprinkle with parsley.
