Cilantro Butter Tilapia Skillet Fillets

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4 -6 ounces tilapia fillets
  • cooking spray
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first three ingredients and wprinkle over both sides of the fish.
  • 2 heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat and coat the pan and both sides of the fish with cooking spray.
  • 3 place the fish in the pan and cook for three minutes on each side, or until it flakes with a fork.
  • 4 place the fish on a serving platter and squeeze the lemon wedges over the fish.
  • 5 place the butter and remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir until blended, serve with the fish.
