Ingredients

- 2 lbs octopus
- 6 ounces olive oil
- 1 -2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
- 3 ounces vinegar
Recipe
- 1 wash the octopus and remove the ink bag.
- 2 place the octopus in a pot with the vinegar and a little water.
- 3 bring to a boil and simmer until tender.
- 4 cut the octopus into small pieces and add the salt and pepper.
- 5 beat the oil, vinegar and oregano together and pour over the octopus and serve.
