Chtapodi Ladorigani

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs octopus
  • 6 ounces olive oil
  • 1 -2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
  • 3 ounces vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 wash the octopus and remove the ink bag.
  • 2 place the octopus in a pot with the vinegar and a little water.
  • 3 bring to a boil and simmer until tender.
