Chickpea And Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (19 ounce) cans chickpeas, drained
  • 1 large green pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 (7 3/4 ounce) can salmon, drained

Recipe
