Black Bass With Mushrooms

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs whole black bass
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 clean fish and place in a shallow casserole dish.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 mix almonds, mushrooms and butter; spread over fish.
  • 5 sprinkle with parsley and bake for 20 minutes.
