Black Bass With Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs whole black bass
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 clean fish and place in a shallow casserole dish.
- 3 season with salt and pepper.
- 4 mix almonds, mushrooms and butter; spread over fish.
- 5 sprinkle with parsley and bake for 20 minutes.
