Bacon And Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 dash pepper
- 9 inches unbaked pie crusts
- 4 center-cut bacon
- 3 large eggs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix flour and cheese together separately.
- 3 lightly beat eggs, milk and pepper.
- 4 chop spinach into pieces about 1-2 inches and mix into eggs.
- 5 pour cheese and flour into the egg and spinach mixture, lightly mixing as you add it.
- 6 this is easy, like making an omelet. you can add more ingredients, like adding onions, fresh garlic, tomato's (on top last 5 min of cooking), top with cornflakes for added sweetness. use low fat or non-fat milk and cheese (my preferred method). additional meats; sausage, chicken, lamb, fish, etc -- just remember to precook all meats. have fun and don't be afraid to make it your own!
- 7 pour your ingredients into the pie crust, top with bacon and back in the oven for 60 minutes or until quiche has risen and is set!
