Baked Salmon With Veggies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons italian parsley, chopped
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place salmon in a shallow greased baking dish.
  • 2 drizzle juice from 1 whole lemon over fish.
  • 3 combine cream cheese & salt & pepper in a small bowl.
  • 4 add tomato, chives, mushrooms & parsley to cream cheese.
  • 5 top salmon with veggie mix.
  • 6 bake, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven until fish flakes easily (about 12-15 minutes).
  • 7 garnish with fresh chives & lemon wedges.
