Baked Salmon Dijon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 salmon fillets (4 6 oz each)
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely-chopped macadamia nuts (or hazelnuts, or pecans)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 salt & pepper the fish.
  • 3 mix together the oil, mustard, & honey.
  • 4 in another bowl combine the panko and nuts.
  • 5 brush the fish liberally with the honey-dijon mixture and pat about ¼ of the nut-crumb mixture on top of each fillet.
  • 6 place on a greased pan and bake for approximately 15 minutes. (test the fish and if it flakes easily with a fork, then it is done.).
