Chesterfield Crab Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat
  • 1 cup celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, green, chopped fine
  • 2 teaspoons onions, chopped fine
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cups breadcrumbs, toasted
  • 2 cups milk, canned
  • 6 eggs, boiled, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, dry

Recipe

  • 1 mix ingredients and lightly put into a greased casserole. do not pack! bake at 350 degrees oven for about 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
