Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 lbs trout
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 clean trout.
- 2 sprinkle inside with salt pepper.
- 3 place 6 strips of bacon on bottom of pan.
- 4 place fish on top of bacon.
- 5 lay 6 strips of bacon over the fish.
- 6 put a cover on the dish and bake at 250 degrees fahrenheit for 6 hours.
- 7 at the end the bones will be soft like canned salmon. a 2 lb. fish requires only 3 hours baking.
