- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 14 ounces light coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce (nam plah)
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped with stems
- 2 1/2 teaspoons splenda brown sugar blend
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients. marinate chicken overnight, or at least 3 hours.
- 2 grill.
