Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 4 (1/4 lb) flounder fillets
- 4 ounces muenster cheese, sliced
- 2 teaspoons dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 arrange fillets in lightly-greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- 2 place cheese slices on top of each fillet.
- 3 combine crumbs, paprika and salt and pepper.
- 4 sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over fish& cheese.
- 5 bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until fish flakes evenly when tested with fork.
