Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb cod
- parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in baking pan at 350.
- 2 mix flour, cornmeal, onion salt,& pepper.
- 3 dredge fillets in flour mixture.
- 4 place in pan, turning once to coat both sides with butter.
- 5 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 6 bake 10 minute.
