Chicken And Coriander Dumplings

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch coriander, washed and dried
  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 400 ml coconut milk

Recipe

  • 1 roughly chop coriander leaves and 2 roots.
  • 2 blend i food processor with mince,sauces and garlic till smooth.
  • 3 add coconut milk, process till smooth.
  • 4 spoon mixture into mini mufin tins.
  • 5 bake in moderate oven 180 c for about 30 minutes till firm to touch.
