Cheesy Mushroom-fish

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb frozen haddock fillet (do not thaw)
  • 2 tablespoons kraft signature classic herb salad dressing
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kraft 3-cheese mexicana finely shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 450°f place fish in a 9x13 dish; drizzle with dressing.
  • 2 bake 25 minutes; top with muxhrooms and cheese. bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts and fish flakes easily with fork.
  • 3 sprinkle with parsley.
  • 4 substitute: prepare using halibut or cod fillets.
