Cheesy Mushroom-fish

Ingredients

- 1 lb frozen haddock fillet (do not thaw)
- 2 tablespoons kraft signature classic herb salad dressing
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup kraft 3-cheese mexicana finely shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 450°f place fish in a 9x13 dish; drizzle with dressing.
- 2 bake 25 minutes; top with muxhrooms and cheese. bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts and fish flakes easily with fork.
- 3 sprinkle with parsley.
- 4 substitute: prepare using halibut or cod fillets.
