- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 5 ounces salmon fillets
- salt and pepper, if desired
Recipe
- 1 preheat the broiler and combine honey with soy sauce.
- 2 season salmon filet with salt and pepper (if desired) and broil for five minutes.
- 3 drizzle with honey-soy sauce and broil an additional 2-5 minutes.
