Apricot And Mint Fish

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 fish fillets
  • 1 (425 g) can apricot nectar
  • 1 (30 g) packet french onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 place fish in baking dish in single layer.
  • 2 combine remaining ingredients in bowl, pour over fish.
  • 3 cover, marinate for 1 hour.
  • 4 preheat oven to 180c (350f).
  • 5 bake in oven for about 45 minutes or until fish is tender.
