Ingredients
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 14 ounces light coconut milk
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemongrass, minced or 1 lemon zest, grated
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sambal oelek or 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, to taste
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, bring to boil all ingredients and let simmer about 5 minutes. add salt and pepper.
