Coconut Milk Fondue Broth

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 14 ounces light coconut milk
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemongrass, minced or 1 lemon zest, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sambal oelek or 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, to taste
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, bring to boil all ingredients and let simmer about 5 minutes. add salt and pepper.
